In Samobor there are as many as 6 "basic" routes for hiking enthusiasts, but you can always explore the offer of the rest of the Zagreb Ring. Don't miss out on visiting Samobor Castle from 1 268. year. Routes vary in length and difficulty, and these are:

1. Samobor - Veliki Dol (530m) - Ostrc (753m)

2. Mali Lipovec (Soiceva house, 373m) - Japetic (815m)

3. Smerovišće (360m) - Cerinski vir waterfall (335m)

4. Mountain lodge Dr. Maks Plotnikov (411m) - Okić (499m)

5. Koretici (360m) - Norsicka Plesivica (728m) - Norsicka Plesivica (728m)

6. Poljanice (581m) - Vrh Plešivica (779m)

Apart from hiking routes, Samobor can has numerous bicycle routes, of which we single out only a few: Velki dol, Rude - Oštrc, Otruševec, Okić - Kotari - Cerje ...

We mentioned them earlier as a winery, but the Pavlin picnic area is also a restaurant. Apart from it, we would like to single out Mlin from a fairy tale as one of the destinations for a great lunch or dinner. Taste our kremšnite and homemade specialties whose recipes are passed down from generation to generation.

Samobor is home to the well-known Samobor bermet. We would like to single out the Pavlin Winery as an ideal destination for tasting wine, but also bermet. It is only 600m away from our house, so we recommend a walk for a safe return to the location.

Samobor is part of the green ring of Zagreb County. Take the opportunity to visit other cities in our country  in the immediate vicinity and get to know the history of Sveta Nedjelja, Velika Gorica, Sveti Ivan Zelina, Jastrebarsko and many others.

Rest your spirit and body in Tuheljske toplice, which is about an hour's drive away, or cross the border that is close and enjoy the offer of our neighbors - Terme Čatež is only half an hour's drive from our house.

When the weather is bad or you are looking for quieter activities, you can always visit the old Grgos Cave, whose rich history is sure to win you over.  

If you are not a speleologist after all, take a walk along our numerous promenades, of which the most popular among our citizens is the promenade leading to Vungriščak, which is located in the very center of the city.  

You can also visit the Ethno House under Okić, which will take you back to the days when our grandparents, great-grandparents lived.
